THE PROJECTS DEDICATED TO THE ORIENTATION OF THE YOUTH
Giving Voice and Value to Talent is a social responsibility that must be a primary objective of every society for a sustainable future. This is why Excellentia has decided to enter secondary schools and select the first 20 Talents of Excellence - 2026 edition. These individuals stand out for their ambition, skills, and extraordinary achievements, focusing on the 17 United Nations SDGs and, in particular, Goal 4 of Quality Education, for the construction of the School of the Future.
The Talents will undergo a six-month orientation program to support the development of their Adult identities, supported by a network of partner companies to design the Sustainable Growth Manifesto for a generative school-work ecosystem.
The project can be dedicated to a single school or within a network of partner schools, which can apply for future editions.

GENERATIVE TALENT
The program features a modular curriculum divided into three phases ( Me, The World, Relationships ) aimed at developing young people's emotional intelligence.
It begins with self-awareness ( Understanding Emotions, Recognizing Emotional Pathways ), moves on to emotional management ( Using Sequential Thinking, Navigating Emotions, Finding Intrinsic Motivation, Exercising Optimism ), and finally to relationships ( Developing Empathy, Pursuing Excellent Goals ).
The curriculum supports young people in building their adult identity, for the well-being of society as a whole.
