The training courses will be entirely dedicated to the valorisation of Cultural Capital, the Culture of Beauty and "know-how".

Rather than adding new superstructures of thoughts and knowledge, an opposite process will be promoted: the liberation and autonomy of thought and action, which is the prerequisite for each person to be able to provide a valuable contribution to the rest of society, rather than depending on it. . The focus is uniqueness: the ability to express one's potential, each based on their own inclinations and distinctive characteristics, to help the community as a whole grow harmoniously.

Excellentia's training project combines the spirit of the great Italian academic tradition with the spirit of the artisan workshop, of the laboratory, where young people could grow following the inspiration and example of great masters of making. The project envisages an intelligence nursery that enables talents to find a fertile environment for the development of their distinctive abilities.
